"I felt as though I was literally drowning in my household paperwork. Bills, tax return, pensions, and Chloe's mountain of medical and educational reports, appointment, and correspondence. The mental load was overwhelming".

doqit was born from our founder Catherine Ann's first-hand struggles as a working lone parent. She faced the challenge of managing her daughter Chloe's rare genetic condition while also juggling work, running the home, and the  complexities of their day-to-day life admin. 

Navigating the mounds of paperwork including insurances, warranties, hospital appointments, tax returns and more, Catherine Ann was drowning under the weight of myriad filing systems and uncertainty.  

 Driven by the belief that there had to be a 'better way', she embarked on the journey to create doqit. To remove the chaos of life admin and create a  single, simple, place for people to manage and take control of their day-to-day life admin. 

Her mission is to empower individuals to effortlessly manage their life admin, reducing the mental load, saving time, and stop money unnecessarily leaking out each month.

 Working with her committed team of advisors and investors, doqit Beta was launched mid 2023, with the App Store launch scheduled for early September 2024.

Already, doqit is making a real difference, helping people across the UK regain control over their life admin overwhelm.
